BE offers a complete range of services to recruitment agencies, from listing of available positions through to website job boards and database integration. Our standard listing service begins at with a minimum monthly advertising fee of only $110 and under our flexible Pricing Schedule this quickly reduces to less than $10 per position for volume advertisers. The standard service includes the following key features:

A number of agencies have taken advantage of our database integration capabilities to include their job listings on an existing website or a site designed by BE and hosted on our server. In this manner, they enjoy all the benefits of the BE service while displaying an up-to-date, automatically maintained listing of all their available positions on their own web site.
Agencies may also like to review our Agency Database to ensure that they are listed amongst the more than 5,000 recruitment specialists around Australia, and that the information listed is up-to-date. Unique Agency Profiles may also be arranged to inform the candidate market of agency strengths and points of difference.
To commence using the Byron Employment system, simply email our Advertising Manager including your company details along with a list of employment categories in which you recruit. We will then send you by return email a username and password to enable you to commence listing ads immediately.
In February 1997 BE launched the JobMail service, allowing candidates to receive personalised emails with links to all the current listed jobs that match their requirements. The service was an immediate success, and our subscriber database has risen to over 230,000 names. Each week we email out the details of over five million jobs to interested candidates around Australia, and over seven hundred new subscribers join the service.
JobMail gives candidates access to BE services without having to browse the Internet. Every night the JobMail routine searches through the job and candidate databases, and matches up candidates' job preferences with all the positions currently available. An email is then automatically sent to each candidate listing all the positions that match their criteria.
As well as those actively seeking new positions, our experience indicates that many professionals use JobMail to keep a watching brief over positions that may be available. A detailed breakdown of the number of candidates interested in positions by category and location is available upon request.
